Consider the following questions (as a guide) as you reflect on the Specialization activity we did today.  You may address each question individually or overall in a short paragraph.  You do not have to address every question, they are there to guide as you contrast use of an assembly line vs one person doing everything to produce a good.

1.    In your opinion, who [group or individual] was most successful in producing the boxes?  The groups or individual workers?  Consider how you (or your group, if you were in one) might have improved your method for constructing the boxes either as a group or individual.

2.    What was the best way to organize your group?  If you worked individually, how did you organize yourself to maximize the time and efficiency for making each box?

3.    Was your group (or working alone) enjoyable to work in? Why or why not?  How might have the working experience have been improved in terms of job satisfaction (if possible)?  If you worked alone, how did you feel about that experience?  Did you enjoy the process, or would you have preferred to work with a group (in an assembly line)?

Overall, after the making boxes exercise experience, production wise being in an assembly line was better than being an individual worker. Being in an assembly is all about being a specialist, although the job is very specific. It is very dependent on the other specialist of the same assembly line to do their best for the product to have the satisfying quality. On the other hand, if working alone although it is very time consuming the product are always satisfactory. Because when one work individually the product are made by only one person and that work would have the same standard in all the products and have the same quality creating a standard. Regarding the organization, just like the name said they're specialist, they're assigned only to one task. This would greatly increase the time efficiency and increase the production rate, according to the exercise today in class if everyone were to work diligently. This meant that if ones slacks off the production line will be delay. Which is different from working individually who can just keep going according to his own pace at his own regulation. So personally I think that the assembly is better in overall, the qualities the quantity and the involvement in community, but preferably would like to work individually where it is more comfortable feeling and satisfactory in each product with the same standard of quality.
